Approval Guarantee

We guarantee “if you don’t approve your exam you don’t pay”. This applies when you register for the complete package, Class, study guide and exam. You can attend our training classes until you successfully pass the exam and receive certification.

This guarantee applies to new registrations only, effective May 01, 2008. Registration must be on line and applies to open classes. You most buy the study guide and do not pass the test the first time. 

 The re-test must be taken within 3 months from original test date of your first exam not to incur additional cost to you.

This guarantee doesn’t apply to corporate accounts; this policy is subject to change without notice.

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • All Students must register 2 weeks prior or before the class and exam.

  • Pre registration is mandatory for all our classes due to limited space. Also this will allow Us to ship your study guide with ample time for your review. There is no refund for no show or cancellations. You may send a replacement person if you notify Us three (3) days prior to class & exam. You must have a confirmation number.

  • In the event SHR Org should have the need to re schedule, all applicants will be notified and will be able to assist same course on another date, with similar location. Please show up to class 15 minutes prior the schedule so we may begin timely. The study guide will be mailed as soon as payment is clear for class and exam. When paying as a walk in, if you purchase a study guide you'll receive in the classroom.
