As a Sales Representative at STATEWIDE HOTELS & RESTAURANTS, you will sell our complete line of services to medium and small businesses in your territory.
Business is generated through targeted prospecting, referrals from accounts, clients, and cross-selling to existing clients. We offer an industry-leading opportunity, including: Programs in Food Safety and Alcohol Beverage Law, Health Policy, All Restaurants Licensing and Prevention Programs.
OUTSIDE SALES WITH UNLIMITED EARNINGS POTENTIAL
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and calling on businesses in your assigned territory around your home base. You’ll meet with business owners and decision makers and introduce them to our Consulting Services. Your main focus will be selling a Preliminary Survey that allows business owners to identify strengths and weaknesses in their business, and then recommend ways to eliminate or reduce the problems in an efficient way.
SH&R will assist you in various ways including:
· Pre-set appointments.
· Prospecting and managing.
· Training and continued support.
We will help you achieve your goals.
This position will require you to be driven; self-motivated; goal-oriented; willing to receive guidance and direction, as you will be the primary link to our prospective clients.
Your compensation is based on your performance and can exceed $ 45,000.00 per year. Our top producers are exceeding $125,000.00

As a SH&R Account Executive, you will be responsible for the following:
· Generating new business by leveraging existing relationships, prospecting, conducting market analysis and cold calling regional and locally.
· Conducting demonstrations and promoting SH&R at industry in conferences and trade shows.
· Driving and managing the entire sales process - targeting top prospects, identifying client solutions, negotiating, and closing.
· Act as a “solutions expert” consultant in helping partners with their unique critical business issues and strategic initiatives.
· Work with the sales team to share ideas, knowledge and new business development strategies.

Job Description
I. Job Summary Generates revenue utilizing a consultative selling approach in the sale of SH&R services to moderately large and/or more complex accounts as assigned. Responsible for prospecting and closing to achieve budgeted sales goals by developing and implementing sound selling strategies that ensure revenue growth by selling to new customers only.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory. Other duties may be assigned. Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction. Communicates to and works with the Outside Sales Manager to resolve unique customer issues. Effectively manages prospects by developing sound marketing plans and maintaining key information in the prospect database. Meets or exceeds sales call activity goals for new sales. Matches SH&R services with customer needs by demonstrating knowledge of customers, pricing and competition; effectively communicates pricing and service strategies; proactively engages other SH&R business opportunities, referring internally as appropriate. Effectively uses Waste Management sales productivity software tools (i. e. Prospect and Customer Database, Proposal Program, Pricing Tools, etc.). Uses in-depth industry and company knowledge, prepares complex proposals and makes recommendations on trainings optimization and contracting options. Proposes customer solutions that are compliant with appropriate local, state and federal regulations.
III. Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has supervisory duties in order to grow in the Company and upgrade your income and future.

Qualifications include:

· Demonstrated track record in closing new business, exceeding sales targets with ability to demonstrate benefits to potential users. Ability to push past rejection to achieve results.
· Strong marketing orientation with the ability to develop strong marketing strategies to edge out the competition.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and deliver powerful presentations.
· Knowledge of the commercial food safety industry helpful.
· Demonstrated computer systems knowledge, including web technologies.
· Must live in assigned territory and have the ability to work from a remote home office.
In order to qualify for this sales position you must:
· Have a clean criminal record.

· Candidates for the sales representative position must be disciplined, motivated and looking to make some real money!
· Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or 5-years sales experience in lieu of bachelor's degree, plus 3-years in direct business-to-business sales, business-to-business cold calling, and phone based business-to-business prospecting resulting in successfully obtaining customer appointments. Internal requirements include 2-years proven success in a Level 3 sales position.
· Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing, plus 5-years in direct business-to-business sales, business-to-business cold calling, and phone based business-to-business prospecting resulting in successfully obtaining customer appointments. This is a field-based position. This position is eligible to participate in sales compensation and recognition programs upon successful completion of sales orientation and/or training programs.
